Origins of Dana Point Qigong
Our Dana Point Qigong (aka “Dragon Family Qigong”) practice is based largely on the internal principals of the traditional Chinese Taoist internal arts. Created by Sifu Adam Williss, Dragon Family Qigong is largely based upon the soft, internal, elements hidden from within the art of Wing Chun (AKA Yong Chun Chuan).
Our non-combative classes unify the traditional internal principles of body alignment with a philosophy that embodies the inherent connection between ourselves and the environment. They encompass a vision of oneness in which each person is seen as part of a whole and directs a return to our natural and more innate sense of living.
